"I stayed in the Retro Van which was cute, small, the smallest accommodation they have, in fact. It consisted of a bed, a sink, a fan, a fluro light. Was clean. A lamp would have been appreciated, and fixing the latch on the door so that it could stay open (it was very hot), mozzie netting on the windows so they could be left open and a little fridge would have been helpful. "The property was very good and the reception staff was lovely. The apartment we were in was older but well-kept, clean, and the bedding was really comfortable. My only negative was booking through Hotels.com instead of directly through the hotel. The Mantra offered much better rates directly (not even on sale) and when I asked hotels.com about it (I had purchased a "members only special" aka a surcharge, for the privilege), I was told that the hotel would not allow me to cancel and rebook and...
