"The Four Points by Sheraton was great. The exterior wall of the room was full glass from ceiling to floor and wall to wall. The 10th floor gave me a fantastic view of Tallahassee tree line. All around cool design. The Staff were friendly and courteous. "

"Friendly staff makes or breaks my travel experience and during this trip, the staff was AMAZING! Super friendly and helpful. Two things that stood out but not a deal breaker for us (we will stay here again if in Tallahassee.) 1st, in the description it mentioned breakfast included. That was not the case. There is a sit down restaurant and again, the Server was AMAZING! 2nd, the soap holder in the shower and broken off and I guess maintenance set it on the bathroom sink and forgot it. No biggie, did not make our stay any less comfortable or enjoyable."

"The room had an obnoxious smell. However, the service desk had room deodorizer which helped. I also sprayed dome up and down the hallway. My television did not work. However, due to the lateness of the hour of check-in for a one-night stay, I didn't report it."

"We stayed at the Duval Hotel for our son’s Graduation. The location was perfect and with in a 15 min walk to the graduation hall, it’s better to walk than to UBER because of traffic. The staff was very courteous and helpful. The room and hotel were very clean and upon check in you’re greeted with an array of fresh baked cookies that permeate the front desk. We were a little bit surprise to find a queen bed in our room, but in fairness it was comfortable, but for the price we expected a king. The only draw back was the bathroom, all though modern with sliding frosted glass panels for walls it provide little privacy even for a couple. Our room was probably better suited for a single traveler. Room 606. The hotel has an attached Shula steak house, which was convenient. That said, it was very expensive and nothing special, you get a better meal at the Texas road house, the service was excellent however. It just felt like the food quality was lacking for the price. We would definitely stay at this hotel again and will recommend it. "
