The check in process was timely and the receptionist was friendly. The rooms had an odd stintch to it and the bathroom smelled of mildew. The water pressure in the bathroom was low and the facuet was loose from the wall, there were also no wash clothes in the bathroom. The beds were decent to sleep on, the tv worked fine, and the heater heated the room nicely. Breakfast was good. Overall, it was a good stay.

Booked this room for a wedding, we ended up showing up a day early so had to add on a night which they were really good to work with on. My big issue is the room we had was really nasty and not clean a lot of stains on walls couch chair and microwave even had food splattered in it. A lot of dirt and debris around edges and corners really lacked a good cleaning. Our room was just a dump compared the four other rooms that were rented by family members. Maybe bad luck but just disappointing. The shower had no water flow which I understand but the ac heater unit rattled all night and day should really be repaired.

The issues we had were the bed was sinking in the middle with the springs being felt when lying down. We had 3 of the puffy comforters on it to soften it. The bathtub faucet was extremely hard to control the water temperature. I was afraid the handle would break off. The spout was very loose and the shower/tub control would not completely shut for the shower head. The bathroom lights were not bright enough. It needs a light above the mirror. It makes it difficult to put on makeup, shave and fix your hair.

Property is old and in need of a complete refurbishment. The shower handle was barely hanging on, water pressure was very low, and the toilet paper had no holder…it was just sitting on the back of the toilet. The room and the rest of the property were an aesthetic wreck as many partial updates had been done through the years, but none of them coordinated. For the price we paid, we expected more.

Clearly an outstanding value for this modern, well appointed property. While not uncommon notes requesting specific accommodations made on “online” booking sites go unnoticed by front desk staff, every attempt to fulfill the request were made. Side note, break hours are 6:00-8:00 am. I along with a large crew of road workers waited patiently for 20 minutes before hot items (eggs & sausage) were ready.

The property was very convenient being right off hwy 287. Very convenient to dining other needs. There were two issues that we had card reader on outside of property does not work very well seems not to read card and made us have to walk around the property to front door. The other issue was people parking trailers and taking up 4 and 5 parking spaces this should not be allowed.

Very nice stay. Staff was so friendly and helpful in every way. Loved that it was pet friendly and very convenient to dining options and Baylor Scott and White Hospital were my great grand baby was born. Room was very roomy and clean. Would recommend.

The front dest personnel were nice and attentive. The room just seemed old n carpet was kind of dirty. The shower was nice but the worst thing for me room 313 was very dark. The light kept going off n on. Very poor lighting. Probably will not stay there again n wont recommend the hotel. Sorry.
