This spacious 3 bedroom/1.5 bath cottage sleeps up to 8 people. Plenty of outdoor space for enjoying the Brazos with a balcony & hammock that has a gorgeous water view. There is also an above ground pool and outdoor firepit. Located centrally between Granbury and Weatherford with a short 30 minute boat ride to Lake Granbury marina. Dog friendly with fully fenced yard. Room on property for boat/trailer storage.

Upstairs is a loft with a staircase and privacy curtain that separates 2 of the bedrooms. Located in a rural community with a variety of homes to include RVs, Barndominums and other single-family houses. About 15 mi to downtown Granbury or downtown Weatherford. A short 30-minute boat ride to Lake Granbury marina. House is not on the water but only the public boat launch separates it. Nice water views and easy access. Also, across from community park area. Window units provide AC and some have heat but there is also an electric fireplace and free-standing space heaters.

Downstairs bedroom closet and boat shed are not accessible but you may park in front of the boat shed.

Right at home!
We read reviews from others about the neighborhood, but we felt right at home and all the neighbors and passerbys were really friendly. The cabin had everything we could need, and the shampoo and conditioner was awesome! Lol. The beds were cozy and it was a quaint property. We plan to come again! Paige was a delight to do business with too.
