Excellent condition, some quirky art installations. Real attention to comfort and detail. Fresh-baked chocolate chip cookies. Terrific stay. Definitely recommend."

"On arrival the code for the door did not work the host was not available by phone. The house was cold upon entering and it took hours to heat up. 2 of the remotes for the mini splits had dead batteries and did not work. The (bed) in the guest room was a box spring with a mattress topper on it. The bed in the master was old and had a large sunken spot in the middle making it very uncomfortable. There was dog poop in the yard around the fruit trees. Overall we did not have a good stay."

"Nice property with plenty of parking. Especially for boats if your in the area to enjoy fishing Lake Trinity. Only about 25 minutes from the lake. Private and secure. The cabin has everything you need. The host was awesome and ready to help with anything you might need. Will definitely be back."

"We had a wonderful stay at Strawhouse Resort. The property is beautiful, with the cafe and patio along the river. Good pizza and coffee roasted on site.
