The only downside was the excessively loud music outside the entrance and inside the foyer. What’s the purpose of this? Who needs it? I’m on holiday to relax. Otherwise, all good.

The location is great with easy access to public transport. The hotel is a bit run down, but the rooms are clean. Breakfast each morning was well stocked with plenty of options. The coffee machine available was an added bonus.

Location is everything.

Surprising 1) no milk capsules in fridge to make a coffee in the morning 2) toilet not fully clean 3) no hot chocolate as part of complementary (not a huge deal, but i just felt like a hot chocolate - again no milk capsules in fridge!) Electronics/room itself definately upgraded since I was last here though,

It was close to Townhall and QVB train stops so that was convenient. I was there for 5 nights and on 3 mornings there was someone making loud noises in the hallway—like cleaning—and slamming doors. One morning, I even looked out the door, and there was a man in a hotel uniform near the elevator, and he looked back and caught my eye, but he never made any acknowledgment nor did he apologize for the loud noises he was making. That was at about 4:00 in the morning. I don’t know that I would recommend anyone else staying at this place if you value a quiet night’s sleep.
