"Great location, access instructions seemed complicated but weren't, property needs quite a few minor things - main shower head does not stay up properly, cutlery & crockery not clean (luckily we didn't need it), fridge isn't level, one air-con remote, there was a smell in the unit (we kept laundry shut as it seemed to be in there & we didn't need to use it thankfully). Also property management took a security deposit which I was unaware of."

"Access was a bit of a challenge. We were given a collection of keys and fobs with no instructions. Carpark exiting was impossible unless one of us activated the roller door from outside. Finding the allocated car parking space was near impossible with no system inplace or indications of how to get to B2 level (there was no sequence to allocated parking - bit of a free for all)"
