The property is great. The breakfast was good, very tasty, no stomach issues, room service was amazing. The staff is very friendly, but there were some difficulties in communication in English, but nothing too crazy. Would definitely stay here again!

Overall the experience was great, the only feedback I would give is that one of the staff members tried to charge me 1000 rupees to play on the pool table for an hour, which I think wasn’t think was fair. The pool table is located right by the bar where people are already purchasing drinks, and to be charged to play pool I Personally don’t agree with. Other than that, the hotel and breakfast was great!

"Great security when entering the building. Great service when we called down to ask for a toaster. The kitchen was a bit dated and lacked towels. Otherwise the residence is a great place for a larger group that can use multiple bedrooms. BEAUTIFUL POOL view facing the Lotus Tower!"
