No words can describe the love we have for Weggis, the surrounding areas and our host. Stephen was so welcoming and helped us every step of the way. Thanks for the wine and ride to the ferry.

We Could Have Stayed Forever
We LOVED Weggis and this property! The house was very comfortable and had everything we needed. We planned our trip so we could relax while enjoying the area. Stephen was easy to communicate with and gave suggestions on places to go and eat nearby. He made us feel that his home was our home. We loved the music selection and books but most of all the scenery. One thing not shown in the pictures is how you get into the house which is multiple layers of steps. The house had nice shutters on all the windows which we realized a day or two into our stay The house is perfect for a large family but we loved being in the house with just the 2 of us. We can’t wait to come back!😊

A must see Swiss village and a beautiful spot to stay

This property was so beautiful-from the views to the gardens and the whole neighborhood! Very clean with full amenities. We cooked full meals during our whole stay. The neighborhood is hilly and gorgeous - close to grocery and restaurants. We used the ferry service to Lucerne - so beautiful! Stephen was very nice and helpful. Would absolutely stay again!!

Lovely apartment
We had a very comfortable stay. Close to Lake Lucern ferries and restaurants. This location is ideally suited to visitors who have a car. While the proximity to services is close, it is very hilly (which adds to the extraordinary views!) As 60+ travellers some of us found the climb back home quite challenging after a day of hiking and touring. There is no local taxi or Uber service nearby. Our host was very responsive to any inquiries we had and was kind enough to offer a ride down to the boat on our departure day. Thank you! A lovely home, in a lovely neighbourhood made for a peaceful retreat at the end of a long day.

Great property and really easy check in
Property is great and the location is amazing. Lots to do and see. Would highly recommend getting a travel pass for the gondolas/boats/trains/buses etc to get around and public transport is superb. A great place for the whole family - wasn’t sure the kids would enjoy the mountains but actually they far preferred it to a beach holiday.

Absolutely perfect in every sense
I couldn’t thank the host Stephen enough for going out of he’s way to make our stay absolutely perfect. The house was extremely comfortable, had all the amenities required, and the views were amazing. Stephen offered very helpful advice on the surrounding areas, places to eat and spend time at, and even dropped my wife and the total of 4 suitcases of at the ferry station, whilst myself and the other 3 travellers went on the picturesque walk to the ferry terminal. Highly recommend, and thanks for a wonderful stay.

Lovely home, well-equipped, in nice quiet neighborhood in Weggis, a ferry ride from Luzern. Great ground floor terrace for dining out and fabulous views from the upstairs balcony. Easy check-in and good advice from Stephen on things to do in the area.

Traumhaftes Haus in bester Lage
Ein wunderschönes Haus, mit traumhaftem Ausblick und unglaublich liebevoll eingerichtet und geführt. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man für einen Aufenthalt benötigen könnte und das alles mit gehobener Ausstattung. Wir waren mehr als zufrieden und können jedem nur empfehlen, dieses Haus zu buchen! Meine Familie und ich haben ein richtig schönes Wanderwochenende in Stephens Haus verbracht. Es war genau wie beschrieben. Die Aussicht ist der Wahnsinn. Wir hatten genug Platz, auch draußen konnte man schön essen und auf den Liegestühlen relaxen. Stephan hat immer schnell auf Fragen geantwortet, wir haben uns gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Die kleine Bibliothek war sehr interessant und wir haben alle immer mal wieder ein anderes Buch angeschaut. Vielen Dank für den tollen Aufenthalt Stephen!
