Um Mitternacht war ein wenig mehr los, was aber nach etwa 30 bis 45 Minuten vorbei war. Das Haus ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtetund mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Ein weiteres Highlight für mich war der Kamin und natürlich der phänomenale Ausblick vom Balkon. "

"This is located above an existing home with private access. Fussball table, coffee maker, towels, sauna, room darkening covers on windows, deck for watching the sunset, countryside beautiful, air conditioner for sleeping area. Fridge wasn't on but got cold overnight. And shower did not drain well, so soaked the floor mat. But the place was very cute, great hosts, nice location for our needs."

"The house was roomy. We enjoyed having a bedroom for each of us. The two bathrooms were great with four women. We rested on the patio even tho it was winter. It was lovely to sit in the afternoon with a cup of coffee."

Die Aussicht ins Tal ist sehr schön. Leider gab es einige Defekte im Haus. In zwei Zimmern waren die Fensterscheiben beschädigt, so das man die Fenster nur mit Vorsicht öffnen konnte. Ich hoffe die Vermieterin...

Small water bottle in room at arrival would have been nice, but local mints in bathroom and Christmas chocolate on pillow were very thoughtful. Would also have liked to see homemade jam instead of high glucose factory stuff as an extra touch at breakfast. Blackout curtains worked and bathroom was modern and spacious. Would definitely stay again. "

Schloss Weissenburg - misleading pictures

"I chose this hotel due to its idyllic look & since I was traveling with 4 colleagues, they all booked here too. On arrival, found out you don’t stay in the schloss, rather a very unattractive side building, freezing cold, tiny room. The restaurant was closed, another reason I had chosen this hotel was because it had a restaurant, nobody told us it would be closed. Very poor. The service was friendly at breakfast & that’s my reason for ranking this at okay. The lady was lovely & made our start to each day a pleasant one ."

Staff lovely in the hotel. Spoke good English for restricted German speakers. Comfort Room spacious and clean. Little terrace with outside seating. Great views. No sound issues from rooms next door or above (we were ground floor). Great shower! But no tea/coffee facilities in room. The usual wonderful buffet breakfast. Adequate evening meal but then chose to eat out in the evening for the other two nights; wanted to experience more. Didn’t use Spa or swimming pool; too much to do and see elsewhere in the vicinity to include in our three night stay. "
