"I thoroughly enjoyed my time at this charming rental! The location was perfect for the occasion, the space was clean and decorated well, and you get much more privacy than you would think if you just looked at the front of the house. I lived in Cobb County for 13 years, but it’s been since 1998. I don’t recognize much, but I made it to my all time favorite restaurant, enjoyed a concert with friends I’ve known since the mid ‘80s, and watched my favorite band. If I come back to Marietta…this will be the first place I check. Thanks Bill!"
"We arrived pretty late since we were driving from Kansas, checking in was very easy, beds are very comfortable, property was clean have everything you see in the profile except the spices rack. Unfortunately our neighbors were very noisy, running and screaming until past 1:30 am and was hard to rest Friday and Saturday night. I will recommend this property to friends and family if they need to stay in the area. Alex answered his phone pretty quickly when I called to confirm the property because something happened that appeared canceled at some point, but all was good. "

"This house has been the best I’ve seen in a while based on what I’ve payed for. The host was very responsive and answered any questions that I had anytime I needed them. The pictures don’t even show how good this house is, you just have to see it for yourself. This house would nicely fit a good 10 people if you really wanted to. It had extra house keys just in case you stayed at least a couple days and multiple people needed to get inside. Every single room you walk into, there is a nice scenery and something to compliment with the master bedroom as the grand finale. Outside, there’s a trampoline, a couple grills, with a nice nice umbrella with LED lights just in case it gets a tad too dark outside. Once again, this house was GREAT and I give this 5 stars and would 100% book again."
