Das Haus ist sehr alt und renovierungsbedürftig. Die Wohnung ist recht neu. Die Umgebung ist nicht geeignet für Familien mit minderjährigen Kindern, da sie direkt an einer Straße mit verschiedenen Clubs des Rotlichtmilieus liegt."
