"This was a very pleasant stay. The hotel is very discrete which actually made it feel very safe. It is more like a converted house than a traditional hotel with lobby. Each room has a video doorbell. Room and property very clean, bed very comfortable and all necessary amenities included such as kettle, tea and coffee, smart TV, great shower, air con etc. Great value, very pleasantly surprised would stay again. "This hotel was an incredible property in such a cool area of London. It is a 4 min walk to Borough Market, Tate Modern, the Thames river walk, and Tube station, and had plenty of markets and local restaurants to choose from. The management at the property were very helpful and attentive to our needs, and were able to receive and hold packages that were delivered until we arrived back for the day. Would highly recommend this property for your next visit! "

"Stayed for 3 nights on business. First night fire in the hotel but staff should be praised for the organisation in getting everyone out and safe while the fire dealt with. The gym facilities are fantastic and all the staff are friendly and super helpful. "

Great and terrible

"Oh amazing hotel! Beautiful, great location and room was great! Bar downstairs was lovely and the view from the tower bar was great too, great selection of drinks…and that’s where my downfall began! Trust me if you have some crazy romantic notion about bringing your friend ( who you’re secretly in love with!) here for drinks and a nice stay…then getting very very drunk and stupidly confessing said love…please do not do it! I torpedoed a perfect day! And now I’m lost in the ocean of regret and sadness, while the remains of the shipwreck of our friendship floats around me..oh the staff were all amazing too! "
