Old Farmer’s cottage Villa in the Bay - A Cozy, Relaxing Getaway

It is located in the heart of Island Bay, this warm and welcoming villa is an open plan and wonderfully spacious with all day sun. Great location in just minutes walk to the popular Island Bay beach, a short stroll to some of the best cafes, restaurants and cinema.
Great for family, couples and businesses.

The Old Framer ‘s cottage villa is a semi attached two levels front and back house.
The front ground home is a spacious yet cosy, contemporary with a lovely, elegant and sophisticated touch of the French countryside. The villa enjoys an abundance of natural light throughout the day, there are two good-sized double bedrooms and a hangout place with a single mattress daybed that can be used as a singe bed room. An open plan lounge and kitchen nicely flow to enjoy your activities with families and friends. In our private courtyard, you could enjoy a complementary nespresso while listening to the song of native birds.


A bus service is hop skip and jump across the conner of the road. Services run into the CBD. And just about 10 minutes to the Airport by Taxi or Uber. Handy off street parking available.

*** Conditions : we allow 4 people and a minimum TWO nights stay. If you require an extra person to stay, would be $38.- extra charged per person per night.
In case If you book for one night, we need to ask $50.- for a cleaning fee. Thank you.

Lovely cottage by the sea
Enjoyed 2 nights. Very well stocked. Everything you need from a potato peeler to a first aid kit! Very clean, nice towels and sheets. Fantastic shower pressure! Lots of walks near the house. Easy drive into town takes about 15 mins. Highly recommended.

Cozy and quite property with off street parking. Homy feel and nicely decorated with everything you might need. Close to the beach, nature reserve etc. Not far from the city, however you would need transportation if you wanted to go to the CBD or Waterfront. Host communication was good and clear. We had a lovely stay.

Quaint little cottage, so close to everything. Transport is fantastic. Would have stayed longer here, you have everything you need and more. Very comfortable and the host Sue is very resposive and so lovely. Would recommend this place to anyone. Beach is just down road, airpot is 9kms away and no going through city to get to it. Beach front all the way. Thanks again we loved it. X

Basic unit in need of a number of repairs
The initial impression of the unit was good but upon using the space we found the bathroom tap was loose and leaking, one burner on the stove did not work, wall paper strip was off and the sitting area couch was very saggy and uncomfortable. You need to pull out onto the road near the crest of a curve so it was hard to see oncoming traffic, and there were limited restaurants nearby.
