Cottage 150, Our Last Resort

Our two-bedroom cottage is decorated in a cozy New England nautical style. The master bedroom has a king size bed, and the second bedroom features a full-size bed with a memory foam mattress. The cottage is air conditioned and has a washer, dryer, dishwasher, two flat screen TV's and is well stocked with everyday items you may need to remain comfortable during your stay. The kitchen is well equipped with all necessary utensils and appliances. The property includes an outdoor grill and an Adirondack patio set where you can sit and watch the world go by with a cold or hot beverage in hand. Cottage 150 is centrally located within the Seaglass Village Resort, and you are just minutes away from everything that Wells, Ogunquit and all the surrounding areas have to offer! The entrance to beautiful Wells Beach is just 1.5 miles away. A golf cart is provided to grant easy access to the several pools, hot tub, putting green, bocce, pickle-ball and tennis courts that can be found in Seaglass Village Resort. The Seaglass Village Clubhouse (adults 18+ only) also features a full-service bar, reading and game room, gym and lap pool. Throughout the season various activities and entertainment options may take place on weekends at the Club House. Please contact the Seaglass Village Rental Office at 207-216-9473 to verify the availability/restrictions of the amenities.  Disclaimer: Please be advised that all cottages have a sunroom that is not allowed to be heated at any time, per the Town of Wells regulations. During the colder times of the year, it may be chilly in the sunroom/tv room, and we do not provide extra heating. During the winter months of November thru April, cottages are therefore reduced to a 4-person occupancy, as the porch will be assumed to be unsuitable for sleeping. All amenities that are located at the Clubhouse are 18+. For all other amenities, kids must be accompanied by an adult under the age of 13.
