"We really enjoyed our stay on Main St. Marlene was a great host! We were very close to the charming town of Wellsboro. We spent the afternoon exploring the shops ate at the Roost and took in a movie at the Arcadia Theatre. Also, got to hike at the Pa Grand Canyon. The home had everything we needed. The only exception was that you have to bring your own supplies such as towels and sheets. "

"The house is very centrally located to a lot of attractions in the area. Interior space is ample enough for a large extended family. We really enjoyed our stay and say thanks to the host for the hospitality. Would definitely stay there again. "

"The photographs in the listing barely do justice to this place. And calling it a cabin is something of a understatement. It was very comfortable with a lot of light and very spacious. Well appointed with all the necessities. It was a great base for our weekend of hiking and I hope to come here again next year. The property manager was helpful and responsive. Overall, we have no complaints but only compliments."

"Driveway by the cabin was very muddy and wet making entry a mess. Suggest more crushed stone - especially near the back entrance. No mat at the front door. Suggest adding one either inside or outside. Linens smelled too much of a laundry soap or dryer substance. It was extremely annoying. Suggest not using any product that has added fragrance when washing or drying the linens. Bathroom sink very very slow to drain. Addressed by previous communication. "Should mention spiral staircase. Listing of stores, hospitals, etc. is an excellent idea."

"We loved the location. Saturday we did the Grand canyon of PA overlooks and some hiking, finished with Dinner at the restaurant right across the road. Sunday we went to the Corning glass Museum and the Lumber Museum and finished the day with the Tig Burger wow . We hope to come back in October maybe next time to see the leaves in full color and enjoy the screened in porch above the creek. "

We used this property as a jumping off point to explore the trails of the Susquehannock state forest and were not at all disappointed. We visited to view the stars at Cherry Springs which is 45 minutes away. The rooms are small compared to most hotels and our bed was a bit soft for me but just right for my partner. I will gladly take a smaller room just to stay at this hotel. The staff is soo friendly and helpful for directions and recommendations. Place gets a 10 ."

Beautiful Log Cottage Located Along Pine Creek

perfect house, great location

"This cabin was one of the best rentals we have ever stayed in. It was clean, cozy, comfortable, and so very conveniently located near the hiking/biking trails. The park like setting of the backyard was very relaxing and enjoyable. There is some road noise however, but it didn't bother us. There are a couple great restaurants down the road, and Wellsboro is 10 minutes away for lots of restaurant choices. Communication with the owner was easy and fast. We loved this rental home!"
