"Great location in the west end "

"The stay was good and location for what we required over Christmas, however The carpet, lounge and foot stool were badly stained and dirty - needs a shampoo, also water pressure an issue if someone else having a shower or using water in another unit. the drain plug in bathroom sink was not right part for the sink and didn't seal. overall if these issues are rectified would recommend."

"Friendly management. Not a lot of dining options other than a daytime cafe and bar which was closed part of the time. Walkable if you don’t mind walking 20 min to somewhere. Towels not changed on Sundays which someone could have told us before we left them in a pile. "

"The size of the rooms are large and quiet. Undercover off street parking available (bays are quite tight for a 4x4 though). Walking distance to parks and shipping centre. 2nd time staying here and can't fault the service."

"The property is very clean and the staff very friendly. The room is very comfortable. The position of some rooms (especially ours) above a major intersection and set of traffic lights is incredibly noisy, especially as the Scarborough area has lots of traffic, including many motor cycles."
