"This property was clean and the bed was comfy. We were able to walk to East Beach and Stearns Warf easily. About a mile. We found the property quiet and enjoyed sleeping in a bit and our morning coffee before setting out for the day. Would stay again. "

"The studio was exactly as advertised, but access to the loft like bed area was somewhat difficult for my husband. It’s a small area and you cannot stand in it. However the studio had everything we needed including a nice bathroom and shower and a fully functional kitchen area. The view outside was wonderful. "

"This 2 bedroom, 2 bath apartment was perfect for our family of five adults. It was very clean and quite lovely both inside and out (I may be biased but the landscaping of this building is the best in Carpinteria). The kitchen was well-provisioned in terms of cookware and dishware - and we appreciated the pantry space since we cooked many of our own meals. The 4 washers and 5 dryers in the common area were quite helpful in allowing us to pack fewer items of clothing. The location is unbelievable...

"Divine. Slept so peacefully in this quiet sanctuary with private garden, fountain and barbecue situated just blocks from cafes, Funk Zone and State Street shopping. The kitchen was stocked with a wide array of spices, all appliances and every baking/cooking pan I could need. Dishes were fun pottery and antiques, enjoyed! There was both heat and AC! Manager Debbie was just a text away and was ready to assist anyway she could. All was a friendly vacation retreat !! Highly recommend."

"It was my husband and I’s first time visiting Santa Barbara and we couldn’t have had a more enjoyable stay. The location was perfect! So close to downtown and also walking distance to the pier. The entire place was so beautiful. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. It had all the necessities and even an espresso machine! There was a shared deck on top that was very beautiful. "Gregory happily greeted us upon arrival. What a happy and joyful man! The room was neat, clean and the bed comfortable. A nice bottle of wine and a chocolate bar was a lovely touch from our host. We sad outside in our little patio area to enjoy the magnificent view of the city and coastline views and enjoyed our wine. We were in town for a family wedding!
