"It is well maintained property. House-keeping staff were good and hardworking. Staff in the breakfast area are mostly ok, found a staff (Marina) was terrible. She was rude, unprofessional and disrespectful on multiple occasions. She ruined my experience of having a leisurely breakfast with family. No action was taken even lodging a formal complaint. "

"Friendly and helpful staff, lovely breakfast buffet, nice smelling toiletries, and pretty interior architecture. I didn’t have time to explore the area as I was just staying the night between my flight into Kolkata and a drive to Durgapur, but it seemed like there were interesting places nearby."
