"My sister & I stayed for a week for Xmas, everything we could of wanted & more, love the apartment & location, wanted to book for next year at Xmas again but noticed the apartment is up for sale, quite upset as it was everything we could of asked for"

"Thank you for a perfect stay - the apartment was beautiful; from the beautiful interior of the cosy cushions and throws to the plants hanging at the window. Everything had been thought of in the kitchen and bathroom and having lots of hanging space in the hallway was a huge bonus. The location is ideal - a few minutes walk from the station in one hour direction and the beach in the other. My son and I had a lovely stay - thank you! beach"

One point to note - we didn't want one, but there isn't a hot tub!"

We had a wonderful stay!

"The room was cozy, beautifully decorated, and offered a stunning sea view that we thoroughly enjoyed. Molly and Ben at the reception/bar were absolutely lovely, and the rest of the restaurant staff were just as friendly and welcoming. Their warm hospitality really stood out! Although we hadn’t initially booked breakfast or an evening meal, we were so impressed with the hotel and its atmosphere that we returned twice to enjoy their delicious food after our walks and a breathtaking sunrise at Durdle Door. The thoughtful touches in the room, like the lovely coffee, bottled water by the bedside, and high-quality toiletries, made our stay even more comfortable. Everything felt fresh and newly decorated, which added to the charm. We booked at the last minute and got the last room available, but next time we’ll definitely treat ourselves to one with a little terrace! Thank you for a fantastic stay—we’ll definitely be back!"

"Enjoyed a lovely stay at New Year , the hotel is ideally located. Check in was easy , the staff were very welcoming and helpful. Our room was spacious with a great outlook over the seafront. Caroline greeted us at the desk and couldn’t have been more helpful making sure we were able to sort out our parking. She was so friendly and welcoming. This is a lovely, clean and smart hotel. "Next to Lyme Regis front beach, 1 minute walk. Walking distance to Charmouth beach walking along the beach, 50 minutes and 1.5 miles. Walking distance to Monmouth Beach, ammonite pavement, 20 minutes walk. There’s a pool, a jacuzzi, and a sauna. You got to book first, one hour each family/room. The services of checking in, breakfast, and so on were professional. Room was clean and quiet. The only downside is some light daints on the carpet floor, but they’re cleaned just hard to remove. This was a very minor issue. My comment is based on the sale price. So it added to the great stay experience."
