"The highlight of my stay here was the manager Martin. Martin was on beck and call, helping me with my every request. Martin even helped me get bubble wrap to safeguard my trinkets I bought while in Europe. The property is stunning and unique. The location is a close enough walk to the main city draws as well as some hidden neighbrohoods."

"Choose the grand double room which going by the images we were put in the standard room. Free Parking which was one of my key requirements turned out not to be free, but 15e per day. Wi-Fi password changed on the 2nd night without warning which was extremely frustrating as we needed it for planning and Netflix. Don’t know why they would do this. All in, quite unsatisfactory. "Overall very nice hotel, spacious well designed rooms. Only comment is their terribly customer service, which is half automated with pre-checkin and pre-authorisation on creditcard, only to have to do it all again when arriving at the hotel. One or the other should suffice."

"Great new hotel in the middle of old town Antwerp. It's location is really good. You are a very short walk from the main squares and shops. All around are cafés and restaurants. The hotel is pretty much new and that shows. Rooms are nice, beds are perfect. Maybe not the biggest bathroom, but it has everything you need for a few nights away. Most of your time will be spent around town hopefully. The Hotel has nice staff, the bar is fantastic and always open and the breakfast is nice in the mornings. Great place to stay in a great city! "
