"The whole holiday was a wonderful experience. I wish it could have been longer, but we are already planning to return. The house was an ideal holiday home for us both and our pet dog who enjoyed the yard and the dog beach not far away. Evans Head itself is a very relaxing destination, with the beach, the bowlo, and areas nearby that we explored. The whole process of check-in/check out were simple and uncomplicated. The downsides were: limited toilet paper (perhaps a small issue but 3 rolls for a week is stingy - are we expected to provide our own?), there were no replacement rubbish bags for the rubbish and compost receptacles (again are we expected to provide our own?), the A/C is only in the main lounge/dining/kitchen room so the bedrooms with the queen beds were hot. The tower fan provided was completely inadequate it would struggle to blow out...

"We loved staying at Stephen’s farm. Stephen and his family were very welcoming and accommodating. Our children really loved it and we all enjoyed every moment. We enjoyed seeing all of the animals.The baby lambs and goats were so cute. The accommodation was very clean and had everything we needed. It was one of our best holidays! "Appliances inside the property need to be updated for example dishwasher door didn’t close, bbq is rusty would not cook my food on it, Hot plates did not get very hot and oven didn’t heat up at all and no regular drinking glasses if these were fixed or replaced would recommend this property to family and friends. A clothes dryer would of been nice to dry linen and towels for when it rains."

"I’m of the belief light should have working bulbs, grass in the barren back yard should be less than 50cms tall, doors should not be peeling. The photos are very very cleverly taken. It’s a lovely loungeroom area with a view with the most basic plain house and bedrooms tacked on the back. The access to downstairs is external and shabby. The back yard is a yard with grotty filthy concrete and long unkept grass. It is far from worth the money.the view was the redemption, it’s almost 3 weeks since...
