"The property was incredibly clean, spacious and well decorated. The property manager's communication and assistance with questions was perfect and meant we could plan for our quick trip at short notice in comfort. The beds were incredibly comfortable and ammenities were tremendous. We will be booking next time we head to Canberra for sure. Highly recommend for couples and families."

"We booked this property for our anniversary (to visit Questacon) and were disappointed. We booked it specifically because it had a hot tub and wifi. I spoke to the owner who didn’t mention anything about these. When we arrived, the wifi had been turned off and the hot tub was out of order. Although the owner was not responsible for the hot tub, it had obviously been closed for a while and we weren’t told and given the chance to cancel. It was just an apartment. "The property was in the perfect place for Floriade and the major attractions. Floriade was 200m away and shops within easy walking distance. We also walked from there to the parliamentary district and the War Memorial. Property was as advertised. Only issue was some noise from building works next door. "

"This property was great handy to everything but finding correct lockbox for entry was terribly difficult took us 3/4 hour to locate as photo out of date-also no iron-and dishes left in dishwasher, no instructions for TV apart from that had a pleasant stay and would consider this locality again"

"An excellent location within walking distance to good food options. The apartment is in top condition and all necessary amenities are provided. Especially appreciated being able to do washing for longer stays. Great view from the lovely little balcony. My only slight improvement would be a softer bed, but that is personal preference."

"Room was nice /clean extremely surprised with the supply of fresh bread milk spreads pod coffee. Just wasn't supplied with an actual address of the property upon arrival to Canberra had to nut it out & couldn't locate our numbered car park easily but overall nice room .building a bit smelly in the hallway. I would stay there again."

"Few minor things need attention. Entry to property is a bit messy with garden rubbish. As it is first impression the guest gets, it’s advisable to clear it up. Next, door between garage and interior of the unit, does not open or close from garage side. Also hot water system is a bit wonky, produces short periods of hot water followed by burst of freezing water."
