With plenty of modernly furnished interior space and wonderful outdoor spaces, this house will comfortably accommodate family and friends. The open floor plan features gleaming oak floors, a living room with vaulted ceilings, a family room/dining room with a fireplace, and an inviting kitchen with newer appliances. The first floor has two bedrooms: one with a King bed and the other with 2 full size beds. The primary bedroom does have a gorgeous private bathroom with a double vanity. There is a second full bath on the main level as well. The second floor features a cozy sleeping loft for the kiddos. The finished lower level includes a study, full bath and a recreation room with ping pong table. The home also features an outdoor shower, plus a detached shed for beach gear and bike storage. Outdoor entertaining spaces include a charming patio off the kitchen, a sunny deck off the living room, and a pergola-covered front porch. It is truly a beach-oriented neighborhood but also just 3 miles from downtown Chatham. Come enjoy one of Chatham's best family friendly beaches just steps from the house!

This property offers three-night minimum stays outside of the peak summer season. Guests are charged a cleaning fee for all stays less than seven nights. Stay seven nights or more and the cleaning fee is waived.
