"Had to phone for the code to get in as we didn’t get the email with the code, apartment is small but looks nice however it wasn’t very clean, cobwebs in the bathroom and very dusty skirting boards, there was 6 of us but only 5 mugs, there was no bedding or towels for the sofa bed so first night wasn’t very comfortable, however emailed the company and was told extra towels and bedding was under the sofa bed, definitely would be a good idea to have a welcome pack explaining this. "Absolutely lovely cottage, clean, cosy and in the perfect location. We have had a great time. Very steep stairs inside the property and a fairly short bed so if you are super tall with mobility problems it might be difficult but for us it was perfect."

"What a dump! We turned up to a filthy property, beds not made, white marks on the carpets in the bedrooms 😳 beds not made, towels on the floor, bins still full and filth and dust everywhere. There was a massive hole in the tiles in the bathroom which someone apparently commented on booking . Com over 45 days ago so they have let people stay in it since! "This cottage is located perfectly. The walk down to the front is about 7/8 mins. There are shops all around and plenty of places to eat. The cottage is away from the hustle and bustle, is very well equipped and the beds are so comfy. We had an amazing weekend and will definitely be booking to stay here again. "

"The property was in an amazing location just a short walk from the centre of Whitby. A very substantial spacious holiday let. The interior was modern clean and fresh with great amenities.
