"This was our 4th return trip to LOTM and as usual, it was a pleasure. Staff are always attentive, without being overbearing, rooms were spotless and comfortable, making it feel like an ‘home from home’ and the Atrium tasting menu was outstanding, as always. We will be back for stay number 5 to experience the summer tasting menu, in the near future! "

"Lovely hotel. Booked 2 nights and enjoyed it so much we extended our stay by an extra night. Staff were very friendly, helpful and efficient. Superb buffet breakfast with some a la carte choices. Located about 2 miles out of Bath city centre so you will need a taxi or catch a bus from the nearby bus stop if you don't drive."

"I love staying at this hotel!!! Always feel like a princess, from driving down the long winding drive, checking in with the helpful staff, to being waited on by the attentive bar staff. The courtyard rooms are cosy but not always easy to find your way to them... The rooms in the main castle are stunning, well decorated and have everything you could possibly need. The Bistro bar serves great food and drinks with a lovely atmosphere. The main restaurant is a beautiful setting for a buffet...

"The Queensberry stands out amongst other hotels because it is exquisite and beautiful. The staff go the extra mile for every single thing you ask of them. I was 4 hours early arriving in Bath and was able to leave my luggage at the hotel whilst I did some shopping, then was delighted to be able to check in an hour earlier upon my return. This trip was my second time to the Queensberry and it definitely won’t be my last! You won’t be disappointed! "
