"Very central location. Apartments could do with a bit of tlc and better lighting as all rooms were really dark! Lamps in all of the rooms would make a huge difference. Sofa bed mattress springs were exposed and uncomfortable so a topper is needed."

Very close to airport, perfect for that early departure. We stayed in Harmondsworth, West Drayton which is a tiny village with a pub. Relaxing old world away from the airport and stark industrial look.

We walked from the Novotel to a fantastic Italian restaurant about 15min walk from the hotel. West Drayton was quite lively on a Friday night with a choice of places to eat and drink.
