I was thoroughly impressed with the service, my room, and the staff there was thoughtful, very kind, and especially helpful. The only concern I had was with the missing light switch plate in my room (327) in my bathroom. However, it was to be expected as they were going through some renovations, although, I'm unsure if it may have extended throughout the whole of the hotel, or if it was just only regulated to the front where the their café was being rebuilt. Regardless, I enjoyed my weekend "stay-cation" there for my good friend's nuptials that occurred at The Brix, a few miles away. All in all, I would love to stay here again, and I would recommend staying here to anyone else that may wnd up around the area. 4 9 out 5 Stars!

The property is being renovated so not all of it was ready for this weekend. We stayed in an area that was already renovated and we did like it. Very clean and very comfortable. I go to West Dundee a lot and will return to this hotel when it is fully renovated. The staff were excellent and friendly

Clean and pleasant room. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Nice pool, though small. Exercise equipment functioned well and was clean. Quiet environment despite the interstate so close by. Disappointed that breakfast service was not available due to renovations. But I recommend the hotel as a functional and pleasant but not glamorous inn.

This hotel more than exceeded my expectations and I have put it on my personal favorites list as I travel 6-9 months of the year. They have a social hour from 5:30-7pm for 3 nights a week where they have drinks with appetizers. Pretty decent breakfast in the mornings. Room was clean that housekeeping kept up daily. No issues during my stay and the staff was friendly and nice!
