"I love this hotel. Well kept and festive for the season! Staff are all welcoming and friendly from front desk to valet to room service. True hospitality! Small issue with room service order (item missing) was quickly remedied with an apology and a smile. Easy walking for great food choices and shopping. The in room breakfast was yummy! This may be my new home away from home when I am in Ottawa!"
