Gather, relax and reconnect with family and friends in this calm and stylish space. Renovated single family ranch style home (main level only). Lower level is an apartment with a private entrance.
Head out and enjoy the popular West Hartford Blue Black Square nearby (4 miles away). We enjoy hosting groups traveling for work. Families also enjoy staying with us to visit their loved ones at a local prep school. We’re close to Kingswood Oxford and walking distance to the University of Hartford. The beautiful Elizabeth Park and Rose Garden is 5 mins driving. 2 Golf courses within 2 min driving. Large private backyard with gas grille and fire pit! Space can be used for events, message to learn more.

The house was clean and mostly as advertised. The description does state one plus one half bathrooms which is incorrect and needs to be revised to only one bathroom. the location was convenient.
