"Everyone in our family was impressed with the property! We can’t say enough good things. It perfectly accommodated our party of 12, ages 8months- 65yrs for week that included Disney World. Everything was very clean, host was responsive when we needed help finding a couple random things. Community pool and playground were a big plus on down days!"

"We loved the big, open floorplan. The pool was nice for afternoon relaxing. The neighborhood was great for walking. The only reasons we didn’t give this five stars is the master bedroom bedding needs to be replaced, and the kitchen was lacking a few essentials (especially a pizza cutter!)."

"The house had everything we needed. Kids loved the pool. Parents loved the alarms on the pool doors. Lots of kitchen items to make it easy to cook some meals. Location was ideal. Will stay here again. "

"The house is very nicely decorated but rather dark inside (needs more lighting). We really didn't spend much time there aside from sleeping, all of it was spent at the Disney parks. The development is close to Disney World (15-20 minutes drive time to the parks) but some of the surrounding neighborhood houses appear rather sketchy. We paid for the pool heater, but didn't use it, no time and the weather was rainy/chilly. The house was not spotless - we found some hair, dust, and food wrappers...

"So glad we chose this property! It was the best stocked VRBO we've ever stayed in. The kitchen had ample items, plenty of towels and pool towels, game room stocked with a variety of games, and a variety of baby items if needed. The layout worked great for us. Our 16 yo stayed in the annex room and our 2 boys 14/18 stayed in the other bedroom. Master bedroom was spacious and had a ton of hangers available. Mattress was great. The hot tub was very relaxing after long days of walking at the parks....

"Myself and 11 others travel south each what for Speedweeks in Daytona. We stay in the Kissimmee area because there is so much to do. This was our 4th year and by far our favorite house we have stayed in. The house was clean and just like the picture. The backyard had plenty of room for all of us to relax and just chill out. Great home!!!"

"This has been the best property we have ever stayed at. I cannot express how impressed I was with the cleanliness of this home and just how nice everything was this property. Our 15 year-old and 11-year-old sons loved having their own bedrooms with TV and it was so nice to be able to come back every day and hop in a warm pool and hot tub that we had all to ourselves. The game room entertained us many nights with the pool table and air hockey. We loved the neighborhood and being able to walk to...

"The house and property were as advertised. The pool heater worked well, which is refreshing as this is my 5th rental home in the area and it has never worked at any other home.Location is great, minus the 192 highway which is terrible between 4pm and 7pm monday to friday.Home was clean, linen was clean, and games room was clean. Washer and dryer worked great.Host was very easy to get a hold of."

The safe gated community provided peace of mind, and its proximity to restaurants and shops made dining and exploring incredibly convenient.
