"We were happy to find a place that is on the water and allows dogs. We have 2 one year old dogs and the fenced in yard was nice. The water is low now, but if it was higher they may have jumped in . The yard is fenced in on the sides but open to the water. We caught fish on the dock, loved the kayaks and paddle board, and sunrises. The AC works well and the kitchen is nicely stocked. We brought disposable plates and cutlery. Then neighborhood was nice and quiet. The beds were too hard for...

"This was a nice home right off the lake. It had nice lake views, easy parking, and it was up to date. It could have been cleaner, the fridge needed to be wiped out and the bathrooms could have been better cleaned…. Although not the worst we have stayed in. It was a bit chilly at night so an extra blanket would have been nice, but overall the property was great and I would book it again if it’s available when we return to the area. "

"The house is great—lots of space for a big group. We were 19 people, and we had a great time. The big issues are related to 1) inaccurate description, and 2) check-in process. Regarding the description. The place is advertised as if the house and the guest house go together. The amount of rooms and bathrooms mentioned are only accurate if you count both houses. However, the day of check-in, when I asked the host (just to make sure) whether the guest house was also available to us, he said no....

"We had family come in from out of state for Christmas. We had the pleasure to stay here for Thanksgiving as well. Beautiful house with plenty of room for all seven of us! We LOVE this place!"

"My friend and I needed a base camp for a fishing trip on the Trinity River and a nice place to cook a nice dinner and relax at the end of the day. We were within 10 to 30 minutes of all the boat launches where we meet our guides, and came back to a well equipped kitchen and charcoal grill to prepare a nice fresh fish dinner. We’d sit on the dock dunking worms to end each evening. We will be back!"
