The views from the covered terrace took our breath away with the sunsets over the Messanian Bay to our keft and the awe inspiring Taygetus mountains to the right.Our hosts Eleni and Serafim were there to meet us to hand over the keys and show us the house which did not disappoint. Everything is as described.If you can tear yourself away from the house and lovely pool there are two delightful village taverns within 3 minutes drive and the beaches with more tavernas and a very useful mini-mart only a further 8 minutes away.If you are looking for peace and quiet and spectacular views this is the place for you.Oh, and did I mention the views!Thank you aagain Eleni and Serafim"

"Home is beautiful. Only problem we had was not enough hot water for everyone to bath daily . Seems to be a Greece problem. Decor could be updated as well, but overall this was absolutely wonderful location. Pictures of the outside don’t do the home justice! Everything was clean and spacious. Outdoor area is outstanding ! Host was helpful! Would definitely stay again! "

"This is a stone summer home with the most magnificent patio/deck on the first floor providing a totally unobstructed view of the Messinian Gulf. Sunsets are stunning from this place. Finding a place with a view of the gulf was our priority this visit, and we found it. The home is rustic, and in February when we stayed it was quite cold but that was no problem for us. The mini split heater worked just fine. There are beds on both levels, we stayed entirely on the 2nd level with the bathroom and a door to the fabulous deck. The inside staircase to the 2nd floor might be a difficulty for persons with mobility challenges but we are both relatively fit 65 year olds and we just ascended and descended slowly and held on to rails. No problem:-). Also, there is a more manageable outdoor staircase that can get you down to ground floor too. No pans in the kitchen (that we could find) for cooking so bring your food. A hot water kettle and drip coffee machine is provided and that was great for us. The owner, Eleni, is a delight. She made check in easy, greeted us our first day, and left us some of her freshly pressed olive oil. There are 2 very friendy girl cats, Kitty and Loco, that kept us company for this visit. We loved our stay here and would stay here again. Thank you Eleni!"

"Loved our stay here and the nice pool and communal areas. Perfect hosts, Maria and Mike were very friendly and offered good communication, you know they care about your experience. Excellent kitchen to dine in, good air conditioning, Nespresso machine which we liked along with the complimentary Chardonnay which was very welcomed. The best bed you could ask for, spacious bathroom and a good cleaning lady. Walking distance to Stoupa but in a nice quiet location opposite a school which to be honest was quite refreshing listening to the children having fun. This was our kind of place and would not hesitate to go back. "
