"Comfortable room. Good a/c. Direct tv was a nice amenity. Roll in shower was big and roomy. Bed and pillows were a bit too soft for our taste. Needs better lighting over sink for makeup. Ground floor window wasn't soundproof."

"Very understanding of last minute update in dates without additional fees. Only issue was the Air Conditioner was new and was not operating properly, when we called we were met with some resistance and disbelief at first.
