It was very clean And everything is high level

Stayed here after a long day at work and to be honest got the price it was a nice place the rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable.( coming from me a person that super picky with places to stay because I am traveling for work and I need a safe place for my car and after a long day I need a super super clean place because I won’t sleep all night)

Reception staff at check in and check out were wonderful. I had a nice room with a king bed and sofa, it was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good. Staff gave me a bus schedule for the 320 bus. I caught a bus into the New York City Port Authority bus station. Bus stop is across the street. Bus driver takes cash, not cards. On the return trip, must buy a ticket at the machine in the station. For some reason the bus driver on the return trip doesn't take cash. Bus stops outside the hotel, last stop on the route. Takes about 20 to 25 minutes. I was able to leave my bags in their luggage storage room for a few hours while in NYC. The only complaint I have about this hotel was multiple emails thanking me for making a reservation, including 4 emails after 9pm telling me I have up until 6pm for free cancellation. Seemed pretty useless to send all those identical emails well after 6pm!

Some Rooms OK, Some Rooms Dirty and Loud - At Times Feels Cramped. Some Rooms Bed Bugs. Staff is Friendly, Breakfast was Better Before - Now Just The Basics. OK Place if No Where Else to Stay but Not Perfect. Towels Smelled Like Oil, I don't Know.

Comfortable suite, plenty of space and overall great stay. Construction on the road made it a little challenging to get to, but overall enjoyed our time.
