Located in the heart of West Palm Beach, the house is situated 3 blocks from the intercoastal, off South Dixie Highway just south of Belvedere Road, surrounded by West Palm Beach's most historical and affluent neighborhoods. Only 2 miles to downtown, relatively close to the beach, Palm Beach International Airport and the Brightline. Boutiques, restaurants, antique row are just a steps away. You will be able to walk to the intracoastal in minutes.
