Good for what we needed
We used it to house employees while we worked in the area for a few months. Many items where broken or had issues such as disposal, electrical in kitchen, fridge, shower, etc. The property manager was very prompt to address issues. If it was only a week or two stay it would have been disappointing since there were a lot of issues, but I think the place should be good to go for the next renter. If not, let the property manager know so it can get fixed. The house was a great size and had parking which was a plus.

Perfect Stay for Professionals
Our firm had a month-long trial, and we found the perfect property in this home. It had all the space we needed, including plenty of desks for the team to work. There was also plenty of dedicated parking spaces for the entire team and its location to downtown Palm Beach (near the courthouse and restaurants) could not be beat. The only downside was that the property is an older building and is a little worn, but the cost was definitely the best factor given all the positives this home had to offer. If we find ourselves back in court in Palm Beach, we intend on coming back!

Perfect accommodations
House was great! Plenty of bedrooms/bathrooms and lots of space to setup home office. It was nice to have a little backyard area and sufficient parking for our team. Enjoyed being close to Clematis St & walking distance to the beach.
