Located within walking distance of downtown, your cravings will be met with ease while you visit the area's popular restaurants and shops. Also in close proximity to your stay, you'll find the PB Yacht Club, Rybovich Marina, Palm Beach Island, and dozens of stunning Royal Poincianas.

Lined by palms and shrouded in sunshine, the moment you pull up the drive, you'll feel at home. Inside, two separate living spaces combine to make up seven bedrooms, five bedrooms, and expansive family rooms. The front home features a comfortable seating area, perfect for family game nights, as well as, some of the bedrooms, and the bathrooms. In the back home, you'll find another comfortable seating area, a well-equipped kitchen, a sizable dining space, and the rest of the bedrooms and bathrooms.

Ensuring that everyone's needs are met, both of the homes are cooled by central air-conditioning and have shared access to a washer/dryer in the courtyard. Warmed by the Sunshine State's radiant weather, the courtyard is fully furnished and has a gas grill.

All guests shall abide by Vacasa's good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 6 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
