Outdoor Amenities –

The good life is in “The Palm” of your hands right in your backyard. Chic wooden lounge chairs* surround the private, crystalline pool and outdoor shower head. Roast s’mores around the fire pit or shake up a tropical cocktail at the private tiki bar. Grill mouthwatering meals on the massive stainless steel grill and then feast comfortably seated at the outdoor dining table. The party never ends at this tropical paradise.

*Please note the backyard is currently being re-furnished and may appear slightly different upon arrival.

Rental cars are recommended, however Uber and Lyft may be available in the area.

Pets are welcome, subject to breed and size approval, for a fee of $150 for the first pet and $50 per additional pet plus tax (5 pets maximum). This will be charged as a separate fee AFTER booking.
There are no pets(i.e dogs) allowed in the pool.

Free Wi-Fi and laundry facilities are provided. This property is also air-conditioned.

Pool heating is $50 per day, for the duration of your stay or a 7-day minimum. There is no hot tub. Pool heating requests and payments must be received 48 hours before check-in. The pool will be heated to a temperature of 85 degrees.

In the coldest winter months, heating the pool can be difficult as the water temperature drops overnight. Florida has a temperate climate, but cold fronts can bring overnight temperatures down to the 30s and 40s for several days. Unfortunately, under these circumstances, it is not possible for the pool heater to consistently keep the water temperature at 85 degrees. Please note that cold weather does not constitute a mechanical failure and refunds will not be given if the pool cannot maintain its temperature during cold weather conditions.
