The space
The space is located in the back of the property. You walk up about 15 steps to get to the home. Enter the door with the keyless lock code, and welcome yourself home.

Upon entry, you are in the living room with the futon, smart TV, and record player. To the left is the bedroom with a private balcony. To the right, is the kitchen and the bathroom.

You also have full access to the "office" area, which contains a desk, TV, sleeper sofa, and a half bath.

Quiet hours: 10pm to 8am

If the pet sheds, than we will require an additional $150 refundable Security deposit.

There is a NOISE MONITORING system within the home to track decibel noise level. Please respect our neighbors and do not get too loud outside quiet hours :)
