"We stayed for a long weekend in November. We enjoyed sitting out on the front porch with our morning coffee and again to see the evening sunset. We had several events to attend in downtown Pensacola and were in walking to distance to many of them. We had everything we needed and the place was immaculate. "The property was adequate and offered a splendid beach view. There was some work being done on the balcony - it had ruts in the concrete as if it had been blasted with a jackhammer. Also, a couple of large work buckets had been left behind in the den by someone. Finally, there were very few plugs available to charge electronic devices, which gave the place an out-of-date feel. On the plus side the condo was very comfortable and clean with nice decor."

"This is the second time we have stayed at this property. We are a family of 7. There was plenty of space for all of us. The loft for the older 2 and then bunk beds for my 3 youngest. The beach is just a short walk. We went each morning and practically had the beach to ourselves. Even in the afternoon the beach isn't crowded. "We enjoyed the stay overall. The lack of a working light near the entrance was a negative as we had to leave at 4am to catch our flight home and could barely see to get down the steps to our car with all our luggage etc. It’s easy to replace a light bulb. Deck was great. Kitchen and bathrooms were great! Paw prints and black dog hair on the two white couches in the main living area are a thumbs down for us….overall I’d give the verbo an “8”"

"We had a wonderful stay at this condo in Perdido Key. The condo is beautiful and very well appointed. The pool was really cold so I don’t think it’s heated and there is no hot tub as advertised on the listing but everything else was on point. Had a few issues that the property manager took care of immediately. We will definitely be back."
