"Very friendly staff, experience good. We stayed in family room - somewhat dated, but very clean. Comfy beds, great selection of pillows. Water pressure awesome. Easy parking. The ONLY thing is the sound proofing between the rooms is not fantastic. It wasn't an issue for us this stay as we had quiet neighbours who turned off their tv early - but could potentially be. Will definitely stay again - will try the updated room next time. "

"Bed & pillows were really comfortable. Cleanliness was exceptional! We struggled a little with the stairs, because I've not long had 2 hip replacements & my husband is waiting to have 2 knee replacements. No fault of the hotel though. "

"What a lovely place with a delightful host. Great communication from Ting, the host and effortless checkin. Ting has a great knowledge of the area and will guide you through anything you need to know. The room is spotless with everything we needed. There’s a pod coffee machine as well. Towels are extra fluffy and there’s good quality shampoo and conditioner. We definitely recommend and would absolutely stay here again. "
