The staff (from the online admin through to the reception and amenities staff) are all always so welcoming and helpful. Can be a little expensive at full rate but they often have offers and then the room rates are are not much more than local chain hotels - who cannot compete with the quality of the offer here nor the fact that you'll also be getting kitchen facilities for the price.
I think the extra space and better layouts of the premium studios make them a better choice than the regular studios for little extra cost.
Bankside is a brilliant location for access to transport links throughout London (local Thameslink trains to Gatwick, Luton and connections to the Elizabeth Line for Heathrow) as well as the local attractions.
Stayed here about half a dozen times now and I have noticed how they ALWAYS quickly respond to readily fixable criticisms and ideas (replacing the stove kettles with electric ones, ensuring there's a combined guide to appliances in the rooms).
Love going back, it's like a calm sanctuary amidst all the local hustle and bustle of the local attractions and the river is literally 30 seconds
The most comfortable beds, really good blackout curtains and solid thick walls that really add to the quietness of the place

I rarely leave a review but we absolutely loved our stay. It is rare to get a large room in a hotel located in a big city. Our room was a standard suite and we had a large bedroom plus separate living area and enormous bathroom. Everything was very modern and clean. Hotel is located near theater district which is a busy area but we found it easy to either walk or use tube to get to all neighborhoods we wanted to see. Room was on 4th floor and very quiet. We would absolutely stay again.
