"Staff were friendly & professional. They got us into our room early which was fantastic after a long international flight. The mushroom gnocchi & ceaser salad we ordered from room service was great. Room was nice, good layout, great shower. The only problem was they were renovating several floors above so had to listen to the jack hammers for several hours until they stopped st 4pm "

"Great location, amazing staff & super comfy beds! The shower needs some attention. We needed 3 bath mats and a hairdryer to cope with the water outside of the shower alcove... No problem getting extra bathmats :)"

"The only complaint was the massive pillows. Impossible to sleep on. If they were half the depth that would be much better. They were about 25cm thick!"

"Staff was amazing but the parking garage left a little to be desired due to the arrangement of spaces and very tight entry/exit (hence the 4 stars under facilities)and there are very loud cars that sound like they are racing all through the night.The view is nice, the locality is nice and our stay (3 adults)was pleasant."
