"The grounds were perfect for our family. The young kids played outside for hours in the water on their kayaks and out on the driveway with scooters. The deer came in the evenings to greet us and the geee out back on the dock and in the bay were beautiful. The house was very comfortable and we used the outshone often. We couldn’t have asked for more for our 8 adults and 4 kiddos…except maybe another bedroom. But we made the sunroom area a bedroom for the groms and it worked out perfectly. Thank you so very much for a wonderful 60th & 3rd bday family celebration week-plus. "

"This property's beautiful location, unfortunately, does not make up for the serious maintenance issues we experienced. The numerous problems we encountered suggest a significant lack of attention from both the owner and Vacasa. The most critical issue was the constant lack of running water. This was not just an inconvenience—it was a major disruption to our entire trip, as we were unable to wash, shower, or flush toilets for long periods. Despite our repeated communication with Vacasa, the issue was unresolved, and we never received a follow-up. Several other amenities were either unusable or in poor condition: the spa was filthy and clearly had not been properly maintained; the paddle boat and kayak had broken parts rendering them unusable; and the grill and indoor stove were so caked in grease they posed a fire hazard. While the natural surroundings were lovely, the numerous problems and lack of responsiveness from Vacasa made our stay far from relaxing. "

"This is an absolutely wonderful property located just a few minutes from Lakeside. We have rented many VRBO's over the years, but this is by far the best overall furnished house we have stayed in. Nobody wanted to leave on the last day. Our three grandsons (as well as the grownups) thoroughly enjoyed playing pool, games and watching movies in the home theater. The rooms are very well laid out so that if people choose to stay up late watching movies or playing some of the arcade games you will not disturb those that may go to bed early. Thanks Brenda and Scott for a very wonderful stay! Hope to see you again some time."
