Staff was great room needs improvement there was no hot water in bathroom tiles were falling wall in bathroom, there was a tack sticking up between bathroom and bedroom that sticking up had to step over

The room was dirty. I took lysol wipes with me in case and good thing I did. The heater was filled with dust and dirt. Walls had crap on them. Mirrors were streaked like they were cleaned with a wet mop. Bed head boards were even dirty. The toilet stuck every time it was flushed. Both beds had stained pillow cases and bedding.
