"Very clean and good stay. Staff made a few mistakes and where unclear but they were very nice and made the stay good and were welcoming."

"Amazing place, stayed here many times before. welcoming vibe, lovely breakfast. I arrived late at night, owner was there to greet me, offered me a beer after my long drive. (perfect) Room was amazing, nice little upgrade. massive bed, plenty of space to work (desk area). full selection of tea & coffee, and some nice biscuits. iron & ironing board in the room. everything i need was there for me. I personally judge hotels, by the shower.... and WOW amazing shower, with the best smelling shower gel I've ever used. (and I stay in many hotels)"

"400 year old building the room was very nice and clean and the staff was very helpful. The floors and stairs are a bit noisy (creaky) but it’s obviously going to be given the age of the building it’s quite stunning also has a nice courtyard and a safe carpark round the back. Overall fantastic weekend stay wouldn’t mind doing it again "

"This hotel was perfect for my cycling trip to the fens. I chose a single room, but the bed felt more like a 1.5 size in a room that was clean and spacious enough to also store my bike. It was walking distance to the centre of Spalding and OMG, the full English breakfast was tasty! Thanks to all the staff for a great stay!"
