Welcome to your home away from home. Gull Cottage is in the Seagull Beach area of West Yarmouth and promises to help you create the best summer vacation memories for years to come. Enjoy peeks of the water from this corner lot with a boat ramp to launch your kayak from at high tide just down the street on Niagara Ln. New updates inside and out mean you will have plenty of comforts to enjoy, whether it is outside on the patio, sitting by the fire, playing in the yard, or hanging out inside on the sunporch, which is definitely everyone's favorite room in the house. You will also find a fully appointed kitchen with new stainless appliances, updated bathroom, freshly painted bedrooms that sleep 8 and a living room with sectional sofa. The main bedroom has a queen bed, the guest bedroom has a queen bed and the bunk room has two twin over double bunks. The outdoor shower will ensure you start your day on the right note if you want to wake up in the fresh air as you start your day, and it also helps keep the beach sand out of the house. Just 1.5 miles to Seagull Beach and .8 miles to the Cape Cod Inflatable Park, mini golf, ice cream and more!

Great Reunion
Had a lovely reunion with friends at this beautiful home. Great for large groups, 5 min drive to seagull beach, close to the main road with shops for groceries.

Broken beds
2 beds were broken, one bed was propped on cinder blocks and books. The other bed broke on the 3rd day, replaced on the 5th day. The grill was dirty and rusty, unusable. No shades on windows. The outside umbrella was broken. No closet space, they were locked except 1. Overall, it was not as described in the listing. Vacation time spent waiting for repairs.

Great rental house
Overall great stay at this property. Spacious and plenty of parking room. Quiet neighborhood close to great food and activities. Outdoor shower was an awesome feature along with bonus entrance porch/ sun room. Bunk room was perfect for the kids and having TVs in all the rooms was a nice and easy to use. Would recommend to anyone looking for a nice cape getaway.

This cottage was very centrally located to everything. Within 1 mile to Seagull Beach and Dennis Beach. The accommodations were great. Can easily fit 8 people. Cottage has a nice big backyard.
