Trails Edge Retreat - West Yellowstone Townhome

Welcome, and as you will see from our pictures we have given our guests all the comforts of home.

We also offer self-check-in with a digital lock.

Additional amenities:
On the main floor, you will find a well-supplied kitchen for your cooking and serving needs. Adjoining the kitchen, kick back and relax in the living room with a flat-screen TV, and our beautiful gas-insert fireplace. On the upper level, there are two bedrooms, each with one queen bed, flat-screen TV. Also located on the upper level there is a full bath with tub and shower. As you retreat to the lower level of the townhome you will find two bedrooms. The first is our open bedroom with a queen bed, and flat-screen TV. There is also a window for natural light and fresh summer air. Next, we have our laundry facility with washer, dryer, and laundry supplies. The back bedroom is a bedroom with one queen bed. There is also a bathroom with a large shower on this level.

So after a fun-filled day in the park, which is 6 blocks away, return to your place and enjoy a great meal and relax for a bit. But don’t forget our town also has a lot to take in. Just a short evening walk you will find the Grizzly Wolf Discovery Center, PLAYMILL theatre, Historic Museum, numerous shops to browse, and some great places to satisfy that sweet tooth. As the day comes to a close, return to find comfortable beds, peace, and quiet, with great fresh mountain air to give you and your family a wonderful night’s sleep. A great West Yellowstone home
The house was great for our group and close to the park enterance and everywhere we wanted to go during our stay. Checking in and out was smooth with clear directions from Ryan. I highly recommend the property and our stay was fantastic.

Great location
This was a perfect place for our family for a visit to Yellowstone. It's located just minutes outside the west entrance and about an hour's drive to Old Faithful when there are no bison-jams. The rooms are as described. We enjoyed our stay here.

Location, location, location! This is a great location, quiet street and walking distance to anything you need in West Yellowstone. It is also only a few minutes to the entrance of Yellowstone. So, was a great "home base" for our day trips into the park and for wondering around West Yellowstone. No reservations about recommending to others.

Fun time in West Yellowstone
Our group stayed at this condo for our trip to visit Yellowstone National Park and the Grand Tetons. The location was very convenient and easy to get to the entrance to Yellowstone. The condo was well stocked and comfortable. Communication with the owners was easy and they were quick to respond. We would absolutely stay there again should we find ourselves in West Yellowstone again.

Perfect West Yellowstone Stay
This was the perfect place for our family of 9 to stay! The location is great, West Yellowstone is quite centrally located for exploring the park. The house was well-stocked and very clean, there were plenty of towels and nothing lacking in the kitchen. Communication was quick and easy. Nothing super fancy, but a clean, solid place to stay! We will definitely plan to stay here again!

We had the most delightful stay at this townhouse in West Yellowstone! The property was spacious, clean, cozy, and well-equipped. It felt like a home away from home with all the amenities we needed readily available. The host was responsive and that made the entire experience even more enjoyable. We cannot recommend this townhouse enough to anyone looking for a wonderful family vacation rental in West Yellowstone. We are looking forward to coming back!

Awesome Stay for Your Yellowstone Visit
We stayed at this property for 5 days/nights while visiting Yellowstone Park and the surrounding area. It was a perfect place for our family. Plenty of room for everyone. The entire house was spotless and we had everything we needed, including some extras like coffee and a nice cooler for beverages during our day trips. The hosts Ryan and Lisa were awesome and checked in on us to make sure we got in okay and if we needed anything. Also, it is on a quiet street with a park right across from it., so very peaceful and quiet. Would definitely recommend to anyone visiting the West Yellowstone area!

Good, but a few issues
The property is a great setup with easy access to Yellowstone. The space is great with 4 separate bedrooms and 2 nice bathrooms. Only issues were a couple of lights that were not working and an issue with the dryer vent being clogged. If these maintenance issues were resolved, our visit would have been 5 stars.

Perfect for family of 8
This property was perfect for us. So close to the entrance to Yellowstone and had everything we needed!!! Even bear spray, and an ice chest and ice packs for our lunches. Above and beyond. If you are putting in your grocery order like us, they have a regular coffee maker and kcups. Shampoo & soap is there. We used the fans in every room for noise and circulation but we didn’t need to touch the thermostat at all! Owners are responsive. We would definitely visit again.

Fantastic Vacation!
Wow, what an amazing vacation! We recently spent a week in Yellowstone and stayed at this property. It's only a couple of minutes from the west entrance of the park. We didn't really spend much time inside, but it was so nice to have a such a clean, warm, and comfortable place to spend the early mornings and evenings. The condo was absolutely perfect! There was more than enough space for the 5 of us, the beds and furniture were clean and comfy, kitchen was fully stocked, and we can tell that a lot of thought and care has gone into making sure guests will have everything they need. Ryan and Lisa were quick to respond to all communication and made sure we were enjoying our stay. Thanks so much for helping make this a fantastic vacation!

Good Deal, Nice Place
Overall really nice (I reserve 5 stars for exceptional). A few blocks off the main drag. Upstairs might be tough to keep cool later in the summer, but house cooled down pretty quickly when we opened the windows. We had to keep the upstairs windows open to keep it comfortable at night, and an annoying Raven woke us pretty early every day. Small things need fixing like a door that won’t close upstairs. I had to rewash a lot of the pots, pans and utensils. Of note, the fourth bedroom does not have a window— so not a legal bedroom, though my daughter slept really well there. And the other basement bedroom does not have a door. Thoughtful things to borrow like a can of bear spray in the pantry. Owner was super helpful when our in-park reservation was cancelled suddenly. I would definitely stay here again, especially given the great price.
