"The lounge was good. The bed was good. Dirty marks on linen/pillow cases. No tea towel. No milk for tea or coffee. Holes in under the window. Dirty marks on walls."

"Excellent stay. Property was exactly as advertised. Owner gave great communication about location of property, check in and parking with pictures included. Appartment was clean and had everything I needed. Nice little apartment in a busy area, with a supermarket, convenience shop and a few takeaways within a 5 minute walk. Bus stop just outside. Would book again."

"The only issue is that there was not ventilation in the bathroom however the rest was good I didn't notice any mold and the area around the place was lovely "

"The apartment did not live up to its description as a "De Lux, Luxury Apartment. The kitchen cupboards were de-laminating in several areas and hinges were coming loose on cupboard doors. Also, you had to pay in full, on day of booking, and then, one day before occupation they demanded a further £100 pounds before releasing the Keys to the apartment"

"The property was in a good condition apart from the smell coming from the bathroom- it made the whole place smell like a sewer for entire stay. This made it unpleasant - I complained to the managers but did not get a response. The bed could do with updating as it was a little lumpy. "

It took 4 phone calls over a two hour time window, to finally pay the balance of our stay, which delayed our journey to the accommodation, meaning we arrived late into the first night. On arrival the house was freezing. The kitchen had many cupboards which were all empty, not a problem, but for 6 people there were only 2 drinking glasses. Little cutlery (4 dessert spoons and 6 teaspoon) and no cooking utensils. The oven was...
